Pipeline to production
Pipeline to production in WeekendCRM is the connection between WeekendCRM, our white-label HighLevel CRM, and JobTracker, our job management software. When a customer signs your contract in WeekendCRM, or a deal is marked won if you choose, JobTracker creates the job automatically. Customer details, job value and notes sync back, and texts, emails and calls show on the job, so nobody retypes anything.

The problem
Sound familiar?
The deal closes in your CRM. Then someone opens the job software and types the name, address, phone and job value in again. Then the notes. Then they dig the customer's photos out of a text thread on somebody's phone. Every handoff from sales to the crew is a retyping job, and every retype is a chance to get the address wrong.
You end up the only person who knows where everything is. The salesperson promised one thing, the crew heard another, and the customer's last text is in an app nobody on the job can see. It wears on you, because the work itself is good. The handoff is what makes you look disorganized.
Where it costs you today:
customer details retyped from the CRM into the job software by hand
signed deals that sit for days before anyone sets up the job
customer texts and photos stuck on one person's phone, away from the crew
What it does
Connect your apps
When a customer signs your contract in WeekendCRM, JobTracker creates the job automatically. If you'd rather, a deal marked won can create it instead. Either way, nobody retypes a thing.
Different signed contract templates can land on different JobTracker job boards and job types, so a full replacement and a small repair each start out in the right place.
A signed proposal with recurring billing becomes a recurring job in JobTracker, so maintenance plans and service agreements start out set up the right way from the day they're signed.
Customer details, job value and notes from JobTracker sync back to the WeekendCRM contact and deal. You can pause auto sync on any single job whenever you need to.
Customer texts, emails and call history show in JobTracker's inbox and on the job, with recordings and transcripts where you choose to record. Photos customers text in land in the job's photos.
Appointment texts to customers go out through WeekendCRM, so the customer hears from the same business they've been texting with since the first estimate, and the history stays together.
With WeekendCRM
What changes
A homeowner signs your contract Tuesday night. Wednesday morning the job is already sitting on the right JobTracker board, with her details on it.
Your project manager updates the job value after a change order. The new number shows on the WeekendCRM deal without anyone opening the CRM.
The customer texts a photo of the stain on her ceiling. It lands in the job's photos, where your crew lead sees it before he walks in.
Friday, she gets an appointment text for Monday's start from the same business she's been texting all along. Everyone is looking at the same history.
If nothing changes
Every retyped job is a chance to get an address, a price or a promise wrong, and every hour spent copying is an hour not spent selling or building. Double entry doesn't stop until the two systems talk.

FAQ
Straight answers
Do I need both WeekendCRM and JobTracker for this?
Yes. The connection runs between WeekendCRM, where you sell and talk to customers, and JobTracker, where you run the job. WeekendCRM works on its own too, and JobTracker connects to it as your production side.
What creates the job, the signature or the won deal?
Your choice. JobTracker can create the job when the customer signs your contract in WeekendCRM, or, if you prefer, when a deal is marked won. Either way the job shows up without anyone typing it in.
Can different kinds of jobs go to different boards?
Yes. Different signed contract templates can land on different JobTracker job boards and job types. A signed proposal with recurring billing becomes a recurring job, so service plans start out right. You set it up once, by template, and it follows the rule from then on.
What if I don't want a job syncing back to the CRM?
You can pause auto sync per job. Otherwise customer details, job value and notes from JobTracker sync back to the WeekendCRM contact and deal, so your sales side matches the job. Pausing it is handy while a job is in flux.
Will my team see the customer's texts and calls on the job?
Yes. Customer texts, emails and call history show in JobTracker's inbox and on the job, with recordings and transcripts where you choose to record. Photos customers text in land in the job's photos.
What does WeekendCRM cost?
$97 a month, or $1 a month with any paid RankLocker or JobTracker plan (that $1 comes back as usage credit). On every plan you pay your own phone, text, email and AI usage at HighLevel's rates.
