Business texting
Business texting in WeekendCRM is two-way texting from your business number, built for home-service contractors. Customers text you, you text back from the app or your phone, photos included, and every message lands on the customer's record. Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, email and website chat sit in the same inbox. WeekendCRM is HighLevel under our name, set up and supported by us, and it connects to JobTracker.

The problem
Sound familiar?
A customer texts your cell a photo of a leak. Another messages your Facebook page. A third texts your foreman, who forgets to pass it along. Your office can't see any of it, and when you change phones or a tech leaves the company, those conversations leave with them. Nobody can tell you which customers are still waiting on an answer.
You end up digging through your camera roll for the photo, scrolling back for the address and wondering whether anyone ever replied. Customers feel ignored when nobody answers. And you start to feel like the business only works if you personally read every message, on every app, every night.
Where it costs you today:
customer texts stuck on a tech's personal phone after he leaves
Facebook and Instagram messages nobody saw until the weekend was over
typing the same directions and service area answers by hand every week
What it does
Answer every lead
Two-way texting runs from your business number, not a personal cell, so customers reach the company and every message stays with the business. You can usually port your existing number in.
SMS, email, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs, WhatsApp and website live chat land in one conversation stream, so you answer every customer from one screen instead of five apps.
Customers can text you photos of the problem and you can send photos back. Each one stays in the conversation on the customer's record, next to their calls, emails and appointments.
Text snippets store your answers to the questions you get every week, like which towns you serve or what happens at an estimate, so a full reply takes a tap.
Assign a conversation to a team member so the office, the estimator or the crew lead owns the reply, and nobody wonders who was supposed to answer the customer.
The mobile app runs the inbox, calendar and pipeline, with video messages, so you can answer a customer from the truck and the office sees the same thread.
With WeekendCRM
What changes
A homeowner texts your business number a photo of a cracked tile. It shows up in the inbox on their contact record, with every past call, text and appointment right there.
Your office manager assigns the conversation to your estimator, who answers from his phone in the driveway with a saved snippet and two times that work.
A Facebook message, an Instagram DM and a website chat come in during lunch. You answer all three from the same screen without opening three different apps.
A tech leaves the company. Every customer conversation he had is still in WeekendCRM, on the business number, right where the next tech can read it.
If nothing changes
Every text that sits unread on someone's personal phone is a customer wondering if you want the job. As long as conversations live in scattered places, your customer history walks out the door with every phone.

FAQ
Straight answers
Can I text from my existing business number?
You can usually port your existing number into WeekendCRM. After that, calls and texts run through the CRM and the mobile app, and customers keep texting the same number they already have saved. Missed-call text-back works on that number too.
Do my techs have to text from their personal numbers?
No. Your team texts from the business number through the WeekendCRM mobile app, so customer conversations stay with the company. You can assign each conversation to the person who should answer it. When someone leaves, the conversations stay right where they were.
Can customers send photos?
Yes. Two-way texting includes photos, so customers can show you the problem before you drive out. If you use JobTracker, photos customers text in also land in that job's photos. Every photo stays in the conversation on the customer's record, next to their calls and appointments.
Can I send one text to a whole group of customers?
Yes. Broadcast campaigns go out by text, email, WhatsApp and Messenger. Smart lists and tags let you choose exactly who gets each one, like past customers or everyone waiting on an estimate.
Can AI answer texts for me?
It can. Conversation AI answers texts, Facebook and Instagram messages and website chat. It can draft replies for your team to approve, or reply on its own and hand off to you. It's billed per AI reply.
What does WeekendCRM cost?
$97 a month, or $1 a month with any paid RankLocker or JobTracker plan (that $1 comes back as usage credit). On every plan you pay your own phone, text, email and AI usage at HighLevel's rates.
