Business phone system
The phone system in WeekendCRM is a VoIP business phone system built into the CRM for roofers, HVAC companies and other home-service businesses. You get business numbers, calls and texts from the app and your phone, call tracking, routing and phone menus, recording with transcripts, and missed-call text-back. It is HighLevel under our name, every call lands on the customer record, and usage runs at about carrier rates.

You know who called, why, and which ad paid for it.
The problem
Sound familiar?
Your business line rings through to a cell phone, a desk phone and an office voicemail, and none of them talk to each other. A homeowner calls about a leak while you're up a ladder. The call goes to voicemail, nobody writes it down, and by the time someone calls back, they've hired the company that answered.
Meanwhile you're paying for ads, listings and yard signs with no idea which one made the phone ring. You can't hear what was promised on the call, you can't see who handled it, and every month you guess where to spend. Guessing gets expensive when every call could be a job, and nobody can tell you which ones were.
Where it costs you today:
missed calls that go to voicemail and never get a text back
ad money spent with no way to tell which source made the phone ring
calls handled from personal cell phones with no record of what was said
What it does
Answer every lead
Get business phone numbers inside WeekendCRM, then call and text from the app or the mobile dialer. You can usually port your existing number, so customers keep calling the number they know.
Tracking numbers on your ads and campaigns show which one made the phone ring, while your listings keep the one main number customers and Google already know.
Call routing and phone menus (IVR) send each caller to the right person on your team, or to your after-hours handling when the shop is closed for the night.
Where you choose to record, calls are saved with transcripts on the contact record, so you can hear what was quoted and promised without asking around the office.
When a call is missed, the caller gets an automatic text right away, so the conversation keeps going while you finish the job in front of you.
Drop a prerecorded voicemail in one click instead of saying the same message over and over, or use ringless voicemail to reach customers without ringing their phone.
With WeekendCRM
What changes
You're up on a roof when the phone rings. You miss it, and the caller gets a text right away asking what they need help with.
At 6 PM the phone menu starts sending calls to your after-hours handling, and your crew's personal phones stay quiet through dinner with their families.
A customer remembers the estimate differently. You open their record, play the call recording, and read the transcript before you call them back.
At month's end, call tracking shows which ad or campaign made the phone ring, and you move your budget to the one that's working.
If nothing changes
Every call that rings out or can't be traced is marketing money you already spent. A phone system that doesn't talk to your CRM keeps those losses invisible, and you keep paying for the same guesses month after month.

FAQ
Straight answers
Can I keep my current business number?
You can usually port your existing number into WeekendCRM. Customers keep calling the number on your truck and your listings, and the calls now land in your CRM with the rest of each customer's history.
Is it legal to record my calls?
Recording laws vary by state, so WeekendCRM records where you choose to record. Check the rules for your state and set recording to match. Recordings and transcripts then save on the contact record.
Can I call customers from my cell phone?
Yes. The mobile app has a dialer, so you call and text from your business number on your own phone. Every call and text is logged on the customer's record, the same as calls made from the office.
Will tracking numbers mess up my Google listing?
They don't have to. Keep one main number on your Google profile and directory listings, and use tracking numbers on the ads and campaigns you want to measure. That way calls get counted without scattering numbers across your listings.
What happens to calls after hours?
Call routing and phone menus send after-hours calls wherever you choose. Send them to whoever is on call, let missed-call text-back reply right away, or have Voice AI answer and book (AI is billed by use).
What does it cost?
$97 a month, or $1 a month with any paid RankLocker or JobTracker plan (that $1 comes back as usage credit). On every plan you pay your own phone, text, email and AI usage at HighLevel's rates. Phone usage runs at about carrier rates.
