Integrations
CRM integrations in WeekendCRM connect your CRM to the business tools you already use. WeekendCRM is HighLevel under our name, so it works with tools named on HighLevel's integrations page, like Google Workspace, QuickBooks, Zoom, Slack and Shopify, plus an App Marketplace with 500+ business tools and webhooks and APIs. It also connects to our own apps, JobTracker and RankLocker.

The problem
Sound familiar?
Your calendar lives in Google. Your books are in QuickBooks. Leads come in from Facebook and Instagram, meetings happen on Zoom, and your team talks in Slack. None of them talk to each other, so somebody copies the same name and number from one screen to the next, and every new tool adds one more place to check.
It feels like you're running the software instead of the business. You don't want to give up the tools that work, and you don't have time to learn a new system that ignores them. What you want is one place where it all meets, so the next lead doesn't fall between two apps.
Where it costs you today:
the same customer typed into three apps, with three different phone numbers
appointments booked in one calendar that never show up in the other
marketing reports that can't tell you which leads came from where
What it does
Connect your apps
HighLevel's integrations page names Google Workspace, Calendly, Mailchimp, Zoom, QuickBooks, Slack and Shopify. WeekendCRM is HighLevel under our name, so you can keep the tools that already work for you.
Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn are on HighLevel's integrations list, so the platforms where people find you connect to the CRM where you follow up with them.
Your WeekendCRM calendars sync with Google Calendar and Outlook, so a booking made online shows up in the calendar you already check every morning before the first job.
The App Marketplace lists 500+ business tools. If you use something that isn't named on this page, check the marketplace before you assume it won't connect.
For custom CRMs, internal dashboards and private systems, webhooks and APIs move data in and out of WeekendCRM. A developer can wire up the one system nobody else uses.
Our own apps connect directly. JobTracker turns signed contracts into jobs and syncs details back, and RankLocker reads your leads to show where each one came from in your monthly report.
With WeekendCRM
What changes
A customer books an estimate on your website. It lands in your WeekendCRM calendar and shows up in your Google Calendar, right next to your kid's game.
A customer signs your contract in WeekendCRM. JobTracker creates the job automatically, and the job's details and notes sync back to the contact.
Your monthly RankLocker report shows which leads came from your Google profile, your website, your ads and AI search, read straight from WeekendCRM.
This month's social posts are scheduled by RankLocker through WeekendCRM's social planner, so they go out on time while you're working. or with your family.
If nothing changes
Every app that doesn't connect is a place where a lead, a booking or a phone number can get lost. Adding another disconnected tool only makes the copying worse, and the cost shows up as jobs you never hear about.

FAQ
Straight answers
Does WeekendCRM work with QuickBooks?
Yes, QuickBooks is one of the integrations named on HighLevel's integrations page, and WeekendCRM is HighLevel under our name. What syncs depends on the integration, so bring your setup to a demo and we'll walk through it.
Will it sync with my Google or Outlook calendar?
Yes. WeekendCRM calendars sync with Google Calendar and Outlook, so bookings customers make online show up in the calendar you already use every day, next to everything else on your schedule. You don't have to check two calendars to know where you're going.
What if my tool isn't on the list?
Check the App Marketplace first, which lists 500+ business tools. If it isn't there, webhooks and APIs can connect custom CRMs, internal dashboards and private systems, with a developer doing the wiring.
How does it connect to JobTracker?
When a customer signs your contract in WeekendCRM, or a deal is marked won if you choose, JobTracker creates the job. Customer details, job value and notes sync back, and customer texts, emails and calls show on the job.
What does RankLocker do with my WeekendCRM leads?
RankLocker reads your WeekendCRM leads and shows where each one came from, such as your Google profile, website, ads or AI search, in your monthly report. It also schedules your social posts through WeekendCRM's social planner. Your leads, your report and your posts all run on the same data.
What does WeekendCRM cost?
$97 a month, or $1 a month with any paid RankLocker or JobTracker plan (that $1 comes back as usage credit). On every plan you pay your own phone, text, email and AI usage at HighLevel's rates.
